Identify Inefficient Consumers: Temporary Measurements
A complete new installation of a measurement infrastructure is not always necessary to gain an overview of energy flows. By using portable measuring devices, consumption data can be collected, analyzed, and evaluated over a defined period, enabling a fast and precise representation of energy processes and consumption patterns.
Before measurements begin, the facility’s consumption values and available electricity data are reviewed, a load profile analysis of existing consumption values is conducted, and the required measuring devices are prepared. On-site, an initial inspection is carried out, including a review of the electrical distribution and existing measurement systems as well as connected energy consumers. The temporary measuring devices are then installed and removed after the defined measurement period, with the recorded data extracted for analysis. The subsequent evaluation includes a detailed analysis of the results, identification of potential energy savings, and actionable recommendations, which are presented in a digital report and discussed in a final review meeting.
Your Benefits
- Identification of unauthorized consumption (third-party usage on your own meter)
- Detection of excessive consumption and inefficient devices/systems
- Quick and easy cost savings
Identify Cost-Saving Measures: Traditional On-Site Inspections with an Energy Assessment
During an on-site inspection, the focus is on identifying energy-saving measures and evaluating their economic feasibility. Our engineers analyze your sites, examine relevant energy consumers and efficiency potentials, and derive concrete recommendations that can help reduce companies’ energy costs.
The preparation phase begins with an initial meeting to define the project scope, followed by a preliminary analysis of available load profiles and consumption data. On-site, the inspection is conducted in accordance with DIN EN 16247, during which technical equipment is reviewed, energy meters are checked, and connected devices and systems are analyzed. If necessary, temporary measurements are installed to gather more precise data. After the inspection, a detailed evaluation of the results is conducted and summarized in a short report highlighting potential savings opportunities. Finally, the results are presented, and the digital report is made available for further use.
Your Benefits
- Cost savings through identification of simple ad-hoc measures
- Transparency regarding potential economic savings opportunities
- Detailed overview of the site’s current energy status
Cost Savings: Structured Service Adjustment
To optimize costs related to network charges and concession fees, sites with an annual electricity consumption of over 30,000 kWh are analyzed economically, and technical adjustments are evaluated. First, a comprehensive analysis of all consumption points is conducted to identify sites with optimization potential and to perform an economic assessment. Next, the necessary measures are planned, and their implementation is scheduled. During project execution, electricians are selected and commissioned for on-site visits to carry out targeted service adjustments. This is followed by monitoring to verify the success of the adjustments. Finally, project and contractor costs are coordinated, realized cost savings are evaluated, and the final results are documented in a completion report.
Your Benefits
- Full implementation of the entire project
- Our success-based participation ensures you achieve cost savings
Monitor Consumption Points: Energy Efficiency Monitoring (E²M)
Remote-readable metering points provide the necessary load profiles to identify energy irregularities such as peak loads and consumption deviations. Our trained specialists perform continuous, system-supported analysis and monitoring of your consumption points. In case of irregularities, we immediately inform your site managers and document the achieved savings in a report.
Your Benefits
- Timely identification of unusual consumption patterns
- Consumption and cost optimization through analysis and correction of irregularities
Evaluate Cost-Effectiveness: Energy Efficiency Measures According to DIN EN 17463 (VALERI)
We Evaluate the Economic Feasibility of Your PV Systems
Economically optimized design of a PV system enables cost-efficient self-consumption of electricity. To assess the economic feasibility of potential systems, an initial evaluation of the PV potential is first conducted using aerial imagery, complemented by an analysis of consumption data. This is followed by the design of a self-consumption-optimized PV system, taking into account key metrics such as payback period and return on investment. The results are summarized in an economic assessment and illustrated through a simulation in PVSol.
To support implementation, the technical conditions of the sites are checked during on-site inspections, including roof suitability and grid compatibility. If required, comprehensive project management can be provided, covering everything from selecting installation partners to final inspection and commissioning. This structured approach ensures thorough planning and efficient implementation of the PV system.
Your Benefits
- Tailored consideration of your requirements and key metrics
- Independent assessment of the realistic economic feasibility of your projects
- Analysis of the technical feasibility of the planned PV systems
- Clear overview of your total potential presented in our report
Reduced Workload: Internal Audits According to ISO 50001
An energy management system implemented according to ISO 50001 requires regular internal audits and reviews, yet organizations often lack the personnel resources for continuous execution. Our independent auditors therefore take on the analysis and execution of essential tasks.
Project execution begins with scheduling and preparation, during which existing documentation and relevant data are reviewed. Audit criteria are then defined, and a detailed audit questionnaire and program are created. During the internal audits, all energy-relevant systems are thoroughly assessed to identify optimization potentials. Finally, the audit documentation is completed, recording the results and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
This structured approach ensures an efficient and targeted evaluation of the energy management system while identifying potentials that can help companies save energy and reduce energy costs.
Your Benefits
- Ensures the independence required by the standard within the internal audit process
- Reduces the workload of your organization through our expert support
